Service Index
Companies that want to benchmark with the industry outside their own organization, can participate in the Service Index program. It enables benchmarking on service areas, questions and question groups, for cities and countries in the Nordic region. The service index program is currently available for table service restaurants, self service restaurants, fast food, bars, food stores, speciality stores, supermarkets and shopping centers.
