We follow the trade organization MSPA´s guidelines and ethical standards for Mystery Shopping and Better Business internal quality procedures are even more strict than the industry standards. Better Business Quality Assurance


MSPA

Better Business became a member of the trade organization for Mystery Shopping MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association) as the first Nordic company in 2000. Veronica Karlsson, Better Business’ founder is one of the founders of MSPA Europe and was also the first President during 2001-2004. Since 2006 Veronica is a member of the MSPA Global Board and its Chairman since January 1st 2009.
