Certification
Better Business has developed a certification program for our Mystery Shoppers to secure that the shopper is qualified to perform the respective assignments. Better Business Basic Certificate is equal to the MSPA Silver Certificate, but is also focused on Better Business standards. In addition, specific certifications for each assignment is required before the shopper is approved to perform any assignment.
