We can offer very fast reports on high priority areas or questions. A SMS or e-mail can be sent to the manager as soon as the shopper leaves the shop or hangs up the phone. An e-mail can verify the manager on any level that a certain report is available in the system. The shopper can report to the management team in person direct after the visit. The shopper can hand over a reward to the employee who did something great, on the spot during the visit.
