To regularly perform age controls in the general dealer, specialist stores and stalls is important to assure that the minors are prohibited to buy tobacco and alcoholic beverages. The tobacco law respective the alcoholic law says that the one that is handing out tobacco and alcohol shall ascertain himself that the receiver as reached 18 years of age for purchase of tobacco and 20 years of age for purchase of alcohol.
